The role is remote-first, but the work remains tied to real Virginia proceedings and requires familiarity with Virginia state and federal court practice.

    What We're Looking For

    Substantial litigation paralegal experience supporting complex commercial or business disputes
    Working knowledge of Virginia state and federal court procedures, filing systems, and litigation deadlines
    Strong drafting, factual and legal research, discovery, and hearing or trial preparation skills
    Ability to manage assigned work independently while coordinating closely with responsible counsel
    Careful use and verification of legal technology and AI-assisted research tools
    Reliable performance in a distributed, remote-first environment
