    The Opportunity

    Alden Kinsley is expanding our regional presence and seeking experienced litigators for Of Counsel relationships. We're looking for proven professionals with substantial trial and dispute resolution experience who want meaningful work, flexible arrangements, and fair compensation.

    As an Of Counsel attorney, you'll handle substantive litigation matters across our practice areas while maintaining your independence. We provide case referrals, administrative support, and access to our AI-enhanced research and practice management tools.

    This is an independent contractor relationship—not employment. You maintain your own practice while collaborating with our firm on matters that match your expertise, availability, and regional focus.

    Compensation & Structure

    $150 - $200/hour

    What We're Looking For

    Active bar membership in good standing (state-specific licensure required)
    Minimum 5+ years substantive litigation experience in state or federal courts
    Demonstrated trial experience (bench trials and/or jury trials)
    Proven track record in dispute resolution, negotiation, and settlement
    Professional reputation with verifiable references
    High level of professionalism and client service orientation
    Ability to work independently and manage case responsibilities
    Strong written and oral advocacy skills
