Alden Kinsley accepts attorney applications only for the current Virginia Contract Litigation Counsel opening. The same role definition controls the Careers card, application page, compensation, eligibility, structured data, server validation, and recruiting notifications.
A candidate may ultimately be engaged in an Of Counsel capacity when the relationship and applicable professional-responsibility requirements support that structure. Candidates do not submit a second application here.
Richmond and Central Virginia and Northern Virginia are priority markets. Qualified Virginia lawyers elsewhere in the Commonwealth are considered.
Distributed work still requires availability for in-person hearings, depositions, mediations, trials, and other Virginia proceedings.
